A brand refresh for The Fizz student housing, developed in collaboration with Dan Pearlman Group. The project focused on redefining the brand’s creative storytelling and establishing a clear, cohesive set of guidelines to strengthen its identity across touchpoints. From strategic positioning to visual direction, the work brings a bold and contemporary edge to the brand, ensuring consistency while enhancing its appeal to a dynamic, young audience. I contributed to the concept, strategy, and design development.
